We only accept items for exchange if it is DEFECTIVE.
Unfortunately there is no refunds unless you have received a defective product.
Items must be in new unused condition with
original packaging, with no odor.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is NOT refunded.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
